Yes, Jen, I know it’s been a few weeks since I posted. I have kind of fallen behind on my regular routines. No excuses, just a bout of the lazies. But, here I am. Back up and running, and ready to regale you with my antics of the past few weeks.
The Print on Demand World
I have still been making at least one design a week for my print on demand site. I only upload to my TeePublic store due to Redbubble adding a usurious fee structure that makes it almost impossible to make money. TeePublic has added a fee as well, but I escaped it with the type of account they assigned to me. I do have a few designs up on Merch by Amazon with my Alcatraz Swim team shirt being the only one that has sold there.
Other Non-POD Fun
I purchased a Cameo Silhouette 4 cutter for making craft items, vinyl decals, and stickers. I always enjoy the learning process, so this has given me a new skill set to try and master. Or, at least learn a small amount about, prove I can do it, and then lose interest. Not that I have ever done that in the past. I have made some card stock letters for a display at work, some stickers of one of my designs, and a vinyl decal for Nicole. She ended up putting on her car. The bubbles are due to my poor application skills, not the craftsmanship of the decal.
I am also still maintaining Bill Willingham’s original art and novel sales website:
https://billsartandstories.onlineweb.shop/
He has created a sketchbook that is currently exclusive to his website and is limited to 2000 total, never to be reprinted. If you are a fan of Bill, or know someone who is, Point them over to the site.
In Conclusion…
I am still posting here on Substack. Just not as frequently as I should be. And my Print on Demand work is still going well, with slow growth (feel free to share the link above.)
I will be more attentive to posting each week and keeping everyone in the loop. If you are just a lookie loo, please consider a free subscription.
Your Friend in Time,
Brad
